Annual Holiday Open House at the Capital City/Lake Murray Country Visitors Center
Each year, the Historic Lorick Plantation House, on the banks of Lake Murray, is transformed into a vision of Christmas past. The circa 1840 home is decorated for its Annual Holiday Open House by area Garden Clubs including Coldstream Garden Club, Garden Club of Saluda and the Newcomer's Club of Greater Columbia.
Period decorations, featuring live and dried plant materials, will deck the halls of this already regal home. The event is FREE to attend; cookies and hot apple cider will be served.
Photographer June Mackie will be present on Saturday from 1-3pm featuring her book, Seasons of Lake Murray.
