Lake Murray Country’s Visit Magazine Wins Award
The Capital City/Lake Murray Country Regional Tourism Board received a notable award for “Best Community Brochure” at the National Active Retirement Association’s (NARA) 11th Annual Conference on October 20-22nd.
“We were thrilled to win this prestigious award. We strive to make our Visit Magazine a marketing piece that visitors and locals will like so much that they consider it a coffee table icon,” says Miriam Atria, President/CEO, Capital City/Lake Murray Country Regional Tourism Board.

The NARA conference brought together a variety of business people and professionals involved in aging, active retirement, development and real estate targeting the 55+ age group. Speakers from across the nation provided invaluable statistics and data for the retirement/relocation industry.
