Every time I walk into M Kitchen, I can feel the presence of God, I feel God has given M Kitchen to us to honor him and praise his name .

In 1995, when I first came to Columbia and dreamed of owning my business, I never thought I would have built this beautiful restaurant from scratch... Yet, M Kitchen might just be another new beginning. Loving foods, loving to create, serve and share delicious and healthy foods has been our passion and part of our work life. Through the process of owning and growing our business, We came to know the Magic hands that has been lifting us and acknowledged the Miracles He has done in our lives, Missions He has placed in our hearts. M Kitchen will be a new , healthy and worldly kitchen that we use to honor our great God and treat our great guests! Menu inspiration comes from all countries, regions... Ingredients will be mostly from local producers and farmers. We hope to introduce Chinese Diet, Daniel's diet , Macrobiotic Diet to cleanse, detoxify and nourish our body and soul. We will also bring many flavorful recipes that we have developed through opening M Fresh and M Grille.
