Korean food has been widely discussed regarding raw ingredients, fermenting, boiling, blanching, seasoning, and pickling. Using ingredients commonly known to the region such as sesame oil, doenjang, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes – 929 adds spice and culture to Columbia, SC.
