Pinewood Lake Park is a scenic community park along the banks of the 20 acre Pinewood Lake combined with 24 acres of surrounding mixed pine hardwood forests. The Park was opened in 2015 for the public to enjoy its cultural and natural resources. Pinewood Lake Park is a gateway to the heart of Lower Richland and a perfect place to experience serenity, peace, and quiet.
The public can experience the Parks unique rural character while viewing barns, cabins, and a house dating back to the 1900s. The park also provides scenic walking trails for leisurely strolls, and picnic shelters that can be rented for group gatherings, and exercise stations.
