These distinctive event venues are downtown where Senate Street meets the Congaree River, nestled next to woods and the historic Gervais Street Bridge. “The Hall” at 320 Senate Street, “The Manor House” at 316 Senate Street, “300 Senate”, at 300 Senate Street, and an outdoor Wedding Garden offer unique settings for many events including meetings, luncheons, dinners, weddings and receptions.
These venues offer both indoor and outdoor opportunities and can accommodate events hosting from 25 to 400 guests. When the facilities are used concurrently they can accommodate up to 800 guests.
On Sundays, “300 Senate” hosts Sunday Brunch and Jazz Series. Our unique Southern Sunday brunch begins at 10:30 featuring products grown and created in the Palmetto State. Think Jazz Columbia provides live Jazz music until 5pm, for a cover charge of $4.00 to support the non-profit, dedicated to furthering jazz performance and education in the Columbia area.
