Annual Oyster and Pig Roast at City Roots Farm

A Columbia favorite, now in its seventh year! Join us, Jan 22 nd, for our Annual Oyster and Pig Roast at City Roots farm. F2T Productions Pitmaster Hipolito Sanchez from Slow Motion for Meat will be cooking whole pigs from Carolina Heritage Farms, F2T Catering Chef Gabrielle Baggette Watson and F2T Chef Liason and Bourbon Columbia Executive Chef Gabrielle Watson will be mixing up some sides while Kristian Niemi is roasting clusters of SC coastal oysters from Folly River Shellfish over the fire for you to shuck all day.

Your $65 ticket will cover all you can eat, expertly roasted whole hog pulled pork, clusters of SC oysters., F2T Mac n’ Cheese, local collards, cornbread, slaw and baked beans. Bring your shuckers, gloves, appetite and koozies!

We will have LIVE music, a cash bar featuring Cathead Vodka BloodyMarys, shucking tables and fires! This is a limited ticketed event, and you can only get tickets pre-sale. We will not be selling tickets at the door. We will start serving at 12:30 pm and stop at 4pm. Oysters will be served until 5pm.

Stoney Creek Cigars/South will also be there on site with their premium hand rolled and infused cigars for purchase. The Hand Rolled Cigars are hand infused from Premium Dominican tobaccos and top shelf spirits for delightful pairings and memorable palates.

$125 VIP Tickets include 1 Bloody Mary and 1 Beer ticket per person, oysters, shuckers, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, lemons, towels, napkins, crackers, bbq, sides, sanitizer, and live music. BBQ and sides will be delivered to each table and beverage service provided.

6 VIP  tables available must have minimum of 8 people per table 10 max.

Bars onsite accept cash and credit cards. No outside food or alcohol allowed in.
