Our traditional kickoff to festival week includes a multi-course dinner centered around locally sourced ingredients. This year we’re partnering with local favorite and longtime staple of the Columbia culinary scene: Motor Supply Co. Bistro. The menu is a delicious collaboration of three local chefs lead by Motor Supply’s very own Wes Fulmer, joined by Hendrix Executive Chef Frank Bradley and Loosh Culinaire’s Blake Fairies. Sponsored by Certified SC.

The Pastor’s Study – 1633 Main Street Ste 100, Columbia, SC 29201

Led by local chef Pierce Bowers of Dorsia Pasta Co, attendees will experience the art of pasta making while also tasting some of his creations prepared by Lula Drake chef Rachael Harrison. Wine pairings will be presented and taught by Mike Wine Guy, at one of Columbia’s most historic sites, The Pastor’s Study.

Join us to eat and drink delectable desserts! After-dinner treats prepared by local chefs, select dessert wines presented by Lula Drake head sommelier Tim Gardner, and specialty cocktails combine to make the perfect nightcap.
