The first in a series of special-event dinners showcasing Certified South Carolina ingredients and the 2020-2021 South Carolina Chef Ambassadors, “Dinner in the Orchard” features Jason Tufts, Executive Chef of Malia’s and soon to be General Manager of the Village Café in Aiken, cooking an unforgettable four-course meal in a spectacular setting: family-owned Titan Farms, the largest peach farm on the East Coast, located in Ridge Spring. During the last weeks of what has been a banner season for the Palmetto State’s orchards, you’ll dine beneath twinkling lights amidst the peach trees on the grounds of an early 19th century home.
Chef Jason will collaborate with Titan Farms growers, selecting the freshest produce from their diversified crop fields—and of course, their peaches!—to craft a one-night-only-menu of refined, farm-driven new-American cuisine that has become Jason’s signature.
