50th Irmo Okra Strut

Lexington Medical Center’s Irmo Okra Strut Festival is celebrating its 50th anniversary on September 26th & 27th, 2025. This free event, made possible by generous sponsors, offers family fun, live music, and all things okra. Since last year’s event was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene, this year will officially mark the 50th anniversary!

Please note that fees for rides, amusements, and food and drink are separate.

The festival will be held at Irmo Community Park, located at 7473 Church St., Irmo, SC 29063.
