June Tiki Harvest Dinner

With Bourbon celebrating TIKI WEEK, join us for an evening of Tiki goodness at this special dinner on the farm. Bourbon/Black Rooster Chef Kristian Niemi will be teaming up with Chicago Chef Hipolito Sanchez from Slow Motion for Meat, as well as our own Chef Gabrielle Watson for a night of tropical island delights! Tiki cocktails will be paired with island-inspired dishes prepared over LIVE FIRES while groovy tiki lounge music plays! The chefs will begin the evening with an epic PuPu Platter and follow up with a tropical salad, Asian-influenced main course, and a decadent dessert from Pastry Chef Tess Ward!
