Join Shannon Watson, RN and F2T Productions in the new series, Keeping the Balance, that will focus on mindfulness with balancing self care and elevated dining.
Shannon Watson is a Registered Nurse with over 13 years of experience, specializing in enhancing Human Performance through Stretch Therapy, Private and Group Yoga, Mindfulness, and Focused Attention.
She has developed evidence-based programs for private individuals and teams which aim to, improve flexibility, mobility, and attention while reducing pain, and optimizing sleep.
Clients include NFL, NBA, FIBA, MiLB athletes, The University of South Carolina, Pearson Education, XPE Sports NFL Combine Prep, The American Heart Association, The South Carolina Bar Association Wellness Committee, PRISMA Health and many more.
Join Shannon Watson, RN for a 60 minute Restorative Class.
This will be a full body deep stretch and relaxation class, moving through the entire body to deeply stretch and release the muscles, while using proven breath techniques that relax & focus the mind. This class is designed to improve and maintain mobility in the hips and shoulders, decrease soreness and improve flexibility while giving the mind a much needed reset.
No prior experience is necessary; this is an all levels appropriate class. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
The class will be followed by a farm to table brunch box, restorative drinks by Chef Gabrielle Watson from F2T Productions and Honey River Catering.
Location: West Columbia River Walk in front of Stone River.
