MGC Long Run

It’s back! After a two-year hiatus, the planning committee is so excited to bring the MGC Long Run back to downtown Columbia to benefit the USO South Carolina.

Make plans for February 4, 2023, for the 15K, 5K or Kids Fun Run. Can’t make it? There will also be a Virtual 5K so you can participate anywhere and anytime before February 3, 2024.

Be sure to stick around once you cross the finish line for the race party and awards ceremony. Stay tuned for the new start and finish line location! Registration is open now!

McAngus Goudelock & Courie is proud to bring the MGC Long Run 15k and 5k races back to Columbia for the eighth year. This road race began in 2014 in an effort to combine the firm’s wellness initiative with its community giving program. Since 2014, the MGC Long Run has contributed $198,000 to nonprofits, including the USO South Carolina.
