This trail race is open to all runners, joggers, walkers, dog walkers, or anyone who wants to get out and get some fresh air and exercise. Visit a hidden gem in the heart of Columbia, and explore this wonderful CCC achievement. This is the third race in the 2023 Come Out & Play 5K series being held at South Carolina State Parks.
