The SteelDrivers at the Historic Newberry Opera House

Newberry is home to the historic Newberry Opera House, where performers from all over the world take center stage in Lake Murray Country!

The SteelDrivers started off as a casual jam session over a decade ago, and they have since become one of today’s leaders in the Americana/Bluegrass music world. Their original lead vocalist, Chris Stapleton, has since become independent, but the SteelDrivers sound continues to make its way to the top of the charts.
